*shrugs* Open your mind to the possibility, not all rational types are rigid rule mongers who have to have everything done a certain way.

Like almost every test based predominantly on the four dichotomies (which this test is too, even though its creator might disagree somewhat) this test works fine to determine people's correct type -- if they know themselves correctly.

Your result: ILI
These types might also be considered: ILE, LII, SLI
These types are not very likely: IEI, LIE, SLE, IEE
These types are quite unlikely: LSI, EII, SEI, LSE
These types are extremely unlikely: EIE, SEE, ESI, ESE

True, but no one else knows you as well as you know yourself. It would be interesting to create a test that you would send a section to several of your friends, and based on what they tested as, what they say about you, how you separately describe your relationship to each other, and then it determines type by a weighted average of all the factors above.

Not entirely true when it comes to type matters. Most people are not used to observe their own behaviour and thinking objectively, and it is quite often the case that another person (or at least a competent socionist) can know the relevant aspects of your type better than you can yourself.

There is already a test in use that resembles what you describe here. It is called IDI (Interpersonal Dynamics Inventory). Unfortunately, the types (16 different "positions") resulting from such a test have inbuilt problems. For example, there is no natural place for an INTp in the IDI "typology".
