| I'm fairly new to socionics and I was wondering... It seems to me (an INTJ) that INTJs don't get along with ENTJs. Every ENTJ I have met I have disliked. My INTJ friend dislikes ENTJs as well. Interestingly enough, all the ENTJs I've met dislike -me- too. Why, if it exists, is there a negative energy between the two? Are there other "rival" types? -- INTJ |

A1 ENTJ and INTJ do not get along because of their contrary relations dynamic.Consider the model A of the psyche.  is ignored by INTJ whilst  is ignored by the ENTJ. Both types can be interested in the same pursuits but see things in a different fashion all to often disagreeing on many major issues. I have experienced this phenomenon frequently and witnessed in all types where the extroversion and introversion comes into play between almost identical types -- Octavius |

| A2 Yup. That's extinguishment, my friend. Depending on the types, it can be pretty uncomfortable. My extinguishment, the ENFj, really manages to get to me after a while. My boyfriend is ESTj and one of my best friends is ISTj and they decided that they didn't get along very soon after meeting, haha. It's not like there are huge, explosive conflicts, they just rub each other the wrong way, so to speak. -- INFj |
