A2 Quadras are groups of four types whose relations consist of Duality, Activity, and Mirror (+Identical). Quadra members have the same information elements as their functions #1/2/5/6, "valued". Alpha = ENTp, ISFp, ESFj, INTj Beta = ENFj, ISTj, ESTp, INFp Gamma = ESFp, INTp, ENTj, ISFj Delta = ESTj, INFj, ENFp, ISTp Socionics.com indeed lacks information on certain basics, so socionics.us/theory/quadras.shtml wikisocion.org -- huxley
A3 http://www.wikisocion.org/en/index.php?title=Quadras it isn't explained very well in socionics.com. essentially, quadras are 4 groups with 4 different types in them. the types in each quadra have the best possible relations to each other. so for any given type, their quadra has their dual, identity, activity & mirror partner. -- vinegar
