i was reading a wikipedia article on socionics, and on it there was a graph explaining the that LII=INTP(M-B)=INTJ(socionics). I am an INTJ according to the MBTI and the socionics test, and by my own personal evaluation next to the complete wikisocion page. Am I an INTP by MBTI standards or is this misinformation? i suppose it dosent matter because i find socionics to be a better system and takes a more indiviual view a each type description, not just an article with general assumptions of each one of you four functions as with many MBTI articles. -- LII |

A1 As functions don't have exactly the same meaning in Socionics and MB-theory, if your type is INTj (socionics) it could be INTP, INTJ or even anything else in MB-theory. Whole sequences are also totally different. TiNe (socionics INTj) is not incompatible with NiTe (MB INTJ) Socionics INTj TiNeFiSeFeSiTeNi, MB INTJ NiTeFiSeNeTiFeSi. Although both systems are similar, they are so strongly different that no obligatory correlation can be found. -- piccolo_michel |
