Hey there, how does socionics function/make sense in working world vs. living (personal life at home with family, friends) world? I work most time of the day, and I sure know that I don't know most team-mates on a personal basis, and they sure don't know me. You often can't be yourself at work, most of us got that problem. So what is socionics worth for 12 hours a day, where personal styles and needs are some what distorted to meet professional standards? So far, socionics was fine and fun for the 4 hours left private, personal time. Sorry that my english is not of the best style, Im not a native speaker  , and sorry if this already had been discussed. -- Anonymous |

| A1 Socionics is not just a personality thing..it is also psychological..it affects the way you think..so even although you may not know your team mates personally, you will find that the types that are compatible with you will think in either a same way as you, or in a way you understand or find helpful, so you will find it easier to produce good results with some team mates than you would with others -- Elevation |
