I'm an ENFP woman just beginning a relationship with an ESFP man. What can you tell me about this look-alike relationship? The description on the site seems fairly accurate - but without much meat to it. I will say that I am insanely attracted to him (I have never been so powerfully attracted to another human being) and that we communicate with each other easily about anything and everything. We are also very evenly matched in terms of our careers and self-confidence. Isn't it possible for 2 well-developed people of any type to form a healthy and satisfying relationship? Or am I being overly idealistic?  -- Rachel |

| A1 Are you sure your match isn't also an ENFp? Through my limited, yet I believe useful, observations, ENFps and ESFps do not really "communicate with each other easily about anything and everything." But if you are 100% sure about both of your types, type matters but it's not everything so I wouldn't spend time worrying about it when you could be spending time with that person. -- econdude |

| A3 Im a ESFP woman, that had met a ENFP male that I had that same powerfull attraction that I never felt in my entire life. I can actually feel him having a bad day, I know that sounds bazzarre but it is so true. We had previously chosen our conflicting relationship companion. But with this intense physical attration I know to put it Blunt...ly I will always feel so hollow for the rest of my life. Theres a album by Corrinne bailey rae that sings my heartstrings. The pieces just dont fit anymore. He gave me something and I know how it felt, I feel his soul daily and can feel its turmoils. | A4 I know what kind of attraction you guys are talking about, I'm a female INFp/ENFp and the guy would probably be an ESFp ! I like his company and I trust him well. I know he's there for me if I'll treat him the right way too. the only thing I dislike about him is that he seems to be very determined and sometimes it's like that makes him ignore possible new experiences that could be good/interesting (afraid or lazy or giving up, maybe?). he accepts stuff the way he looks at it that same day. and I'm more into "evaluation" :-P. and oh yes, he also doesn't like losing :-P -- Chocolate |
| A5 I'm an ENFP and just met an ESFP guy... yes the conversation is really really great... we hit off right away and feel each other and understand each other a lot~ I just hope I dun go looking for other new possibility...esp for me as an ENFP...sometimes i hate it... As an ENFP... I also wish to be wif someone wif a T... like INTP or ISTP...someone who can intrigue me wif their thoughts and something deep... ESFP's great...a lot of life to them...but they have no interest wif things to do wif thinking or analytical...which will intrigues me... -- Anonymous |

| A7 I also understand the intense attraction an ENFP has for ESFPs. I dated an ESFP for almost a year. Wow! The most intense attraction to a person I've ever felt. Sadly, things did eventually fizzle. I guess I misinterpreted his desire to understand his concrete world so he could operate in it fluently as him being a "big picture" kind of person. Unfortunately, this didn't pan out and we eventually broke up. -- Anonymous |
