| Why can't ISTJ work together with ESF without have so many problems? What do you recommend and why? -- Shirley |

| A1 What ESF were you talking about? If ESFJ, then there should be no typical problem in its communication with ISTJ. If you were talking about ESFP, then its about the structure and logic in thinking that ISTJ is pressing and beating with ESFP. Both types are very strong and powerful. But ISTJ psycholoical resourses are stronger, because he is not only very formal but also knows how to use time. Time is something ESFP afeaid of... To avoid playing in this field he must let ISTJ use cold logical thinking and never express his feelings. Sorry for bad english. -- Anonymous |
