Default Low energy types

Which are the types who really have little energy?

Some types are mistyped.

Yeah.

Although I am physically active, one of the ways of my low energy is that I'm quite capable of spending long times in inactivity.

I am physically active though more or less because I enjoy it. I don't know if INTp's or INFp's would enjoy being physically active..probably not.

I am not physically active in the sense of doing somethign useful physically. I rather move a lot but for no use.

To which type does this converge?

I do this also. If you are asking me to which type it converges to between ISTp and INTp, then it is more likely ISTp. ISTp move around in mind and body, INTp more so in just mind.

No, between all the types, if added to the low energy level

Probably still more likely ISTp, with the low energy.

From http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com: akathisia

No, there is no anxiety about stting down. I might like it at times. Other times I keep walking in my home like a crazy.

What kind of energy are you talking about exactly? Physical? Emotional? Potential? Mechanical? Nuclear?

For two people walking at the same speed, I would say that the fatter one has more potential, mechanical, and nuclear energy, and possibly also emotional energy (if the fatter one is responsive to teasing and not empathically worn out). However physical energy is not common among the obese.

Additionally, the fatter one might be upset about having to walk as fast as their slimmer companion.

Well, I have to think about that. The energy to accomplish. I can't tell you the amount of effort I have to give in order to accomplish very little. And after having done little I feel tired.

I have to sleep eight hours. I have a low physical energy, after ten push-ups I feel dead. Everybody tells me that I am really slow and that I live according to the way that comforts me. But the reality is that I can't avoid that. I can't make things slightly faster only.

I have little energy to force myself to work. Even after I get started, I can't remain concentrated for a long time, I have to waste time more than I work.

Except if I choose what to work on which is usually something I decide to think about or a problem I decide to solve, then my concentration can be dramatic.

I had a project that consists of reading 20 articles and writing single-spaced 10 pages on them. That took me three days and I felt terribly exhausted after that.

I never won at a game which I don't know how we call in english: two people put their forearms orthogonal to the plane of the table, their elbows must be fixed on the table. Each one has to press with his hand on the other's hand and bring his forearm (all of it) to the table. I don't have the energy to press a lot.

But I am mesomorphic.
