they don't call this guy complex-complicator all for nothing.......

I like the idea of pulling names out of a hat. Try it for 16 days... a new type every day. Record your good days, then take the 4 best days you had and let the playoffs begin.......

Why don't you do it yourself? You have doubts about your type also.

I have little energy to force myself to work. Even after I get started, I can't remain concentrated for a long time, I have to waste time more than I work.

Except if I choose what to work on which is usually something I decide to think about or a problem I decide to solve, then my concentration can be dramatic.

I had a project that consists of reading 20 articles and writing single-spaced 10 pages on them. That took me three days and I felt terribly exhausted after that.

I never won at a game which I don't know how we call in english: two people put their forearms orthogonal to the plane of the table, their elbows must be fixed on the table. Each one has to press with his hand on the other's hand and bring his forearm (all of it) to the table. I don't have the energy to press a lot.

But I am mesomorphic.
Maybe you have a poor diet?

You know something, there is one thing in the ISTp description which doesn't fit me: the healthy style of life. I don't care what I eat, the important is to eat.

My mother's food is very healthy, but I have to stay every day in college till afternoon. So I eat the junk in the moorning and at noon there. You know how unhealthy junk food is.

How can I be sure of what you are saying?

A healthy lifestyle is important to me, and what this means is I seem to know whats required to be healthy, and to also enjoy myself, it's more like balance.

Diet is different for everyone, some people seem to have to be careful about it, and some can eat what they want and it has no effect on their energy levels.

Do you exercise?

You mean sports exercises? Like stomac or so or so... No, I don't. Can you give me advice for health? What should I start with?

If I am not ISTp or ESTp, what would I be?

Well, from what you are saying, I don't think your diet is too bad, unless you are eating really unhealthily every day. But you are still getting a decent meal in the evening so it shouldn't be too big a deal for you. Would you say your breakfast is healthy?

With the low energy levels, it's possible you are anemic or have some other condition which can be causing your fatigue, so I would recommend if you haven't already that you could go to your doctors to get a blood check to see if anything comes up.

Also, in regards to exercise, you would probably gain more energy from some light jogging or cycling, but if you aren't fit for that then walking is really good. Do you do much walking at the moment?

I wouldn't bother too much about stomach exercises and things at the moment, seeing as you are mesomorphic, but I would look into it later.

I am not sure yet, but maybe if we got your energy levels up a bit more then you would feel a bit more like one of the types?

Thanks Cyclops, I have to do something right now. I'll answer you later: this afternoon or this night.

Yeah, it sounds more like a health problem than a type related thing. It could be anaemia, depression, ME, or something else. If it is any of those things, that's rough.

My breakfast is semi-healthy. But the dinner I have at home is really healthy.

I think you are right, I should see a doctor or a nutritionist and do some tests on my blood.

I have to walk inside college, I think I walk sufficiently.

I am mesomorphic, but fat. I do not think I am considered endomorphic though because my shoulders are large and my bones are heavy and have a big diameter. My body has a good tendancy to get muscled with a little bit of practice.

I agree with the last thing you said. I might be able to do it.

ME is the abbreviation of something or you mean you?

Today I heard a comment from my advisor, it was surprising. I said that I donot put myself in the shoes of others (in something). It wasn't an accusation, it was an explanation.

So I guess you're not 'F' type.

Ok, which impression do I give? S or N? This is what I can't be sure of.

If you are less sure of S/N than T, then you may be incorrectly typed (like your theory of being confused between two types and actually being a totally different one). According to Cyclops you are a likely candidate for XXTj.

Before I was sure about being S and unsure about the T/F bipolarity. When I was MBTItyped by a professional I was told that my preference for T is clear while I have a slight preference for N! So now things have changed.

I always postpone things for the last second so I doubt being a j.

You look like an ISTp, CC. It's almost a definite proof that you are an ISTp.
