Default What does type really mean for everyday interaction?

Does type really factor in or are we more influenced by individual differences in our communication?

And a question for any INFJ (~MBTI INFP) types, I'm curious about your approach to people, relationships, and communication or the way others respond to you based on communication traits you display which may be attributed to your type?

Dunno, depends on the person.

It helps when I have things in common with a person. Type seems to work.....when I have things in common and they are close or complimentary to me.

Each person I meet and eventually don't get on with builds the experience and knowledge.

Overall, I don't like selfish uncaring people.
