Default I'm changing my type

I feel I have reached a stage in life where it's evolved into something new.

That is all.

Thank you for you time in reading this, sit back, relax, and enjoy the flight

Not that that video has anything to do with anything. Just makes me laugh.

Oh I know this thread is sort of attention seeking, and saying something but not really saying - it's more a case of externally clarifying my thoughts, so it's up in the air should I clarify further, and up in the air if anyone responds! Though I imagine no one particularly will now that i've wrote this, lol.

Anyway take out that what you will.

I dunno, not sure if I really am a type. I seem to have (imo) developed my and , or maybe they were always there and i'm 'awakening my ego' or sth. Although i'm not entirely sure i'm particularly weak at and .

TBH I dunno if i'm ENFp or ISTp, or maybe i'm just as these are the ones we like. As far as i'm aware there's no rule to say that I can't be, well, there's rules but who knows if they make sense.

Maybe I should just say that I prefer these 4 elements for the most part. If I were to choose a dichotomy i'd choose P - as the ones on Ricks site (descriptions of J/P dichotomy fits me) and function wise having irrationality at my core seems to make the most sense out of the rational and irrational functions.

Well if it makes u feel any better, sometimes i think i'm ISTp. In fact, i recognized myself in ISTp descriptions before i recognized myself in ENFp descriptions. I think it might be because the DS function is what we see as attractive, and we think we're good at our HA when we're really not that great at it.

I think I've simply learned new methods of approaching stuff. Barrel me enough and the role Ni's still a pauper...... Maybe!

That's good Cy. I do think a degree of self-improvement is possible w/some knowledge of socionics and a fair bit of introspection and self-awareness. Was simply not sure of type change being possible, but..i've heard of people who've said they have changed type before, so..who knows - maybe even type change is possible. cheers

I really don't know if such a thing is possible, which is something i've been asking myself.

I understand it that Jung spoke of ones psychological type being capable of changing, so if we go by Jung then at least being another type is possible.

However, i'm not sure if such things simply involves us becoming more aware of our seeking and super ego functions.

I don't know if it's possible either. But I have read somewhere that we use all of our functions at some time or another, it's just that some are more difficult for us to use on a daily basis.

Do you think it's possible that if we worked on our weakest functions, so to speak, that we could seem like any type? Do you think that these types and functions are so set in stone?

Sorry for all the questions, your response just piqued my curiosity.
