Default Living with an ENFp/supervisee

An ENFp/supervisee is going to be living with me for a while. Can any ENFps (or anyone else) tell me what I can expect, what problems might arise, etc.

It depends. Will you be roommates, or are you also friends? Or are you more than friends? (OMG! <- j/k).

If roommates, I don't see any problems. ENFp are pretty adaptable and flexible. Cleaning schedule/rotation will make things easier (ime experience it does w/roommates in general, regardless of type). S/he will likely give you lots of space and won't take much space of their own. If you're not messy they won't be messy either. I've been told i'm the easiest person to live with, and i've had some 25 + roommates in the past 12 years; if this is due to type, then you'll be fine.

That's about it. Unless you had sth specific in mind.

If it were me:
My personal area(s) will almost certainly be messy. Other messes, especially if they aren't directly caused my me, will be ignored unless specific attention is brought to them. Any sort of routine or schedule will be seen as a suggestion at best. Sleeping habits won't be very regular. Sometimes will be lazy and home all the time, other times will be out and about for weeks and only come home to sleep or store things. Will try really hard to be respectful and avoid conflict.

Thanks for the responses everyone. He's just a friend from high school. I basically am expecting what you described Andrew. What is your experience(s) with themSG. Anyone else feel free to share as well.

Well the good news is they never seem to be home... the bad news is ENFps are not exactly the kings of coherent action when they are there

@SG: interesting, about incoherent actions. Would you mind elaborating a little more, if not too personal? I don't see why people would be offended, could be useful or just interesting to know, really.

As for never being home, yes, in a way. It could be that ENFp has become very busy with sth., has found some never-ending party, or things have just turned awkward with roommate/s. I remember once i basically stopped sleeping home and "moved in", in a way, with a couple of friends (didn't *really* move in with these friends, never packed or anything, just basically slept there with the bare minimum of things). I believe it had sth to do with what i at the time thought was extreme psychological discomfort with my roommates, and i couldn't really move out as it was some kind of exchange program from school.

As for perceived coherency (or lack thereof), i wonder if that has to do with a certain psychological distance that isn't quite stable. What i'm referring to applies only to situations when ENFp lives with people who're strictly roommates/acquaintances though, not close friends or SOs.
cheers

I think I see what you mean by coherent actions to an extent, but it's prolly a P thing though in general at least through the eyes of a J?

Dunno though, examples would be useful, lol.

^ ha, forgot about the p vs. j thing, Cy . I'm thinking i become even more of a p when uncomfortable. Maybe SG will share his j observations...

It's a Ti-leading vs. Ti-PoLR thing. IEEs' actions don't follow any sort of logical pattern or consistency in the eyes of our supervisors and conflictors.

She'll be fascinated with you, and if she's a bit crazy, obsessed with you. The INTj's cold exterior becomes a puzzle to the ENFp she may take your natural aloofness as intentional negativity. Expect her to become offended or hurt by your actions, even if your intent is not negative. Your natural behavior may come across as hurtful.

edit: that sounds kind of like a fortune cookie, upon rereading.

^ I was eating said fortune cookie and started choking upon reading this, esp. the part about becoming obsessed with cold exterior.
