Default Ultimate prove for VI

From the December 2012 version of Psychology Today magazine, page 52:

"Sometimes you can judge a book by its cover. Appearance predicts behavior in surprising ways-some of the time. The connection between looks and personality is the ultimate chicken or egg question. And it plays out on every face you meet".

Now I am not saying that the methods used for VI are correct, but at least right now there is a scientific basis for believing that one can identify a personality type visually.

I realize there is an error in the title. It must be "proof" instead of "prove".

Is this the article?

http://www.psychologytoday.com/artic...in-face?page=6

It does not seem to be a scientific endorsement that specific personality types can be reliably identified, more that identification of certain traits can be correlated in large enough samples to a degree that is statistically above average.

There is a great leap from guessing criminality, mormonism or promiscuity to reliably determining a type.

If anything this report shows that identification is not consistent or reliable (i.e. the babyface male example) and the significance of the epigenetic processess involved.

I read that studies have shown that it is easy to guess a manís intelligence from a photo but not a womanís.
