no - for psychological health it may be better to look at he content of who you are rather than just socionic function strength. There are many perspectives regarding mental health, all of which give a more direct approach tham socionics. Carl Rogers is an influential theorist with regards to self-actualisation, you can either read one of his books, or visit a humanistic therapist, otherwise there are may psychodynamic researchers who have written much on the subject.

The key thing is that if you feel healthy then I'm sure you are fine, otherwise therapists informed by these different theories may be able to help.
