are ESTJ's ara rare? -- Anonymous
Your Answers: 1+ 20+
A1 Ara? Do you mean aura? If you mean Are ESTJs rare. No, they are not and once you know what you are looking for, you will be nearly tripping over them. Especially if you work in a big organisation. ESTJs love working in big organisations, which have a multitude of job titles to choose from and have a big secure pension scheme. -- ESTJ Female
A2 No, they are not rare. It is easy to find them, when you know what to look for. But you're never gonna survive unless you get a little careful... Video: Seal (ESTJ, Stierlitz) - Crazy

A3 The behaviors to look for. Deception is their game, Usage of false accusations for destroying their enemies, They see enemies and backstabbers everywhere, A vindicative and unforgiving person, They present themselves as the perfect leader, but theres is a dark side which is not known to the public, etc. Rebekah Brooks (ESTJ, Stierlitz) admits to paying police

(She had been arrested following an alleged assault on her husband - Wikipedia) -- jgbr
A4 The "Fairy Godmother" of business. Has firm beliefs that work or output that is anything less than perfect is unacceptable. Not always the boss who loudly yells at subordinates in front of customers and fellow employees. Has talent for intentional ambiguity. Constantly are only black and white. Hard to see for them that they may be at fault. Video: The Devil Wears Prada, Meryl Streep (ESTJ, Stierlitz)

"Thats all." -- jgbr
A5 A3 Please let me quote from the Socionics ESTJ Psychological Type Profile “ESTjs do not stand for lies forgery and fraud.” + “ESTjs find it difficult to cheat making it easy to catch them out and as a result they generally have an honest reputation.” As in you wouldn't find them in a job where they have to bribe police also I think when you say that they present themselves as ‘the perfect leader’ you could be describing a type who has intuitive characteristics and can therefore more easily use manipulation if they so wish. Believe this or not (probably not) ESTjs do not tend to lie because as logic dictates the truth will always come out plus ESTjs always worriers, if you are honest it gives you one less thing to worry about. Another thing I would like to point out is that Rebekah Brooks has quite a lot of hair for an ESTj which just isn’t practical. -- ESTj female
A6 President and director of The New York Times Company, Janet L. Robinson (ESTJ, Stierlitz)

A7 I agree at A3, "They see enemies and backstabbers everywhere... unforgiving... dark side" (dark side = extremely private). I was just checking this out, but had to agree with this, especially that first one. Wow. It annoys me (especially the first one), but it helps to know that it's not just the person, but a tendency he/she probably can't help. I'm sure I'm annoying as well, especially to the ESTj in my life. We're total opposites, although I'm somewhat untrusting of others. -- learning (INFp)
A8 I could do with being more private not less especially at work which lost me a few hours. I wish I was extremely private as I would have learnt to keep my secrets a secret. Also having a dark side might mean that you have views that you do not air to the general populace. I'm sure learning INFp doesn't think only wonderful thoughts about everyone they come in to contact with. I have to keep my views to myself as I work with the general public. -- ESTJ Female
A9 The director is obsessed with conspiracy theories, They are "the giants in the conspiracy subculture", Obsessed with secret organizations, secret technologies, secret what-d'you-call-it, Experiences the world as a hostile place, Develops sharply polarized views of people, Can be a master of rhetoric and has networking skills that can draw many important and famous people to the cause, Rants endlessly about his obsessive thoughts, Does not know boundary where he should stop, May accuse others with crimes only to discredit, Appear to be a very tough persona but a gentle criticism can break their back Video: Alex Jones (ESTJ, Stierlitz) - Proof the Government is Killing You

A11 "The pirate of Silicon Valley", Tossed a chair when a prototype was not thin enough, Fired an engineer in an elevator when the engineer told him about the battery life of a new iPhone. Shouted for thinner, Screamed for lighter, Terrified his employees, his vendors, his business partners. Engaged in furious e-mail exchanges with journalists, bloggers, and random customers who happened to e-mail him at the right moment. After a team has failed, is late or simply does not meet Steve’s standards, he would go to them, ask for some people’s names and publicly humiliate or fire them in front of their peers. Calling people names then flattering them is Steve’s way of motivating his teams. Steve Jobs (ESTJ, Stierlitz)

The biggest reason for fear among Apple employees is the company’s cult of secrecy, a brainchild of Steve. He had practiced the art of enforcing omerta during his NeXT days: before they were hired, his employees weren't even allowed to see the machine they would have to work on. He hung a WWII poster in his desk: "Loose lips might sink ships," and made it clear to anyone that talking to the press would get them out the door, and quick. -- jgbr

A12 Carol Bartz (ESTJ, Stierlitz), the former president and CEO of Yahoo and Autodesk. During an interview with Fortune, Bartz slammed the company board for firing her and referred to them as a bunch of "doofuses". Blunt and profane. She once walked into a meeting and said, "Tell me why I shouldn't fire the lot of you." She likes to drop the f-bomb. At her first all-hands meeting, she promised to "dropkick to ****ing Mars" anyone who leaked information to blogs. Quotes: "I always do my firing in the morning because that's when I'm fresh. I mean, why sit there all day thinking: I'm going to fire Joe at 4:59?, What do I look for when hiring? Well, let's get past the assumption that they can do the job. There has to be a no-asshole rule. We'll go through the whole interview, and I'll say, "I have one last question. I don't work with assholes. Are you one?", "Cursing is part of the job. Everybody has this funny reaction to it. I don't know what the big deal is."

With a new round of layoffs under way, and a steady stream of Yahoo sites getting axed, anxiety within the ranks has been exacerbated by what some say is a growing sense of secrecy. Bartz' famous penchant for tight lips, which initially showed in her emphatic displeasure toward news leaks, is increasingly evident in other aspects of Yahoo's operations. The informal flow of information once common within the company has come to a halt. "Everything is on a need to know basis," the Yahoo source said. Bartz has taken steps to keep employees in the loop with weekly emails about her activities and changes at the company. But the communiques do not always provide the full picture. -- jgbr

Ms. Rinehart has been engaged in a vicious battle with her own kids over control of the family business empire. Three of Rinehart's four kids are suing her to oust her as trustee of the multibillion-dollar family trust established by her late father Lang Hancock. Ms. Rinehart has said that her kids are unfit to run the business. "None of the plaintiffs (her children) has the requisite capacity or skill, nor the knowledge, experience, judgment or responsible work ethic to administer a trust in the nature of the trust in particular as part of the growing HPPL Group," she claimed in court papers.
