| I know the systems don't fully equate, but what does a 'driving expressive' in the social styles mode of testing vaguely compare to in MBTI? (Driving expressive = very tell-directed, not ask-directed + slightly more people-directed than task-directed) -- Anonymous |

| A1 ESTp probably. I had to use Reinin dichotomies to answer this question, despite the fact that I do not really endorse Reinin dichotomies. I picked ESTp because ESTp is "declaring," while ENTp, ENFj, ESTj, and ESFp are "asking". Meanwhile, ENTj is very task-directed. ESTps would always prefer to focus on how to arrange or organize other people to accomplish something than focus on the task itself, so ESTp fits as "slightly" more people-directed.
