A1 I guess type 4s look to others to define them. If their relationships are unsatisfactory, they will not be getting the validation they need. That may make them feel their identity is on shaky ground. Or, it may make them unsure of who they are or where they stand. -- Mystified ENFP |
A2 It's because 4's base their identity on how they stand out from the crowd. There's nothing worse than being another ornery brick in the wall (I have the tendency to test as a 4). -- scarletdragon |
A3 why are 4's so concerned with 'standing out from the crowd'? I mean, why is that such an important thing? serious question. -- S |
A4 A3: Yeah, that's what I'm asking (or at least meant to, lol)... -- Simon the INFp |
A5 It is difficult to hear you sometimes and that voice is very distracting from hearing the message. I wish you would just let me know you...that is why I like spending time with you. -- Anonymous |
A6 i don't understand what A5 is talking about? anyways by "identity" i think of it like.. they need a way to differentiate themselves from everyone else, something that makes them "them" -- Anonymous |
