A21 I'm a female eNTp.... And, I think the ratio of "charming" vs. "weird" is relative. Most of my really good/close friends will tell you I'm funny, sweet and very smart....but some of them will tell you they thought I was aloof, cold and way too serious when they first met me. I need time to soak in what folks are about before I open up. And, yes, I can be very unsure of myself, at times...until I've got the situation figured out.... Never been called 'weird' though. And as for personal style, I generally don't have one. But, a former supervisor really made a difference in how I dress at work. I generally can put an outfit together and put together when I want to. -- Curious eNTp
A22 as an entp girl gernerally i find that i am desiribed as adorably annoying! when it come to figuring out who i am i genrally am just doing my own thing because following everyone else is just plain boring look for the girl both in and out of the crowd at the same time!! -- firewing-101
A23 Why did this discussion end out only talking about clothes? ENTP girls are so much more than just a surface. I think its hard for every T-girl, epecially NT-girl becouse we dont fit the worlwide norm of how a woman should be and behave. Maybe there are more T-girls out there but in tests they answer what they think other expect them to anwer ore what they think that they want to be. I like NT-girls very much and find it very boring talking to f.ex ESFJ-girl but I can socialize with all people but NT-people give me so much more energy!! I am an engineer and come along with almost everyone, but many (I think) find me too "strong" and try different ways to break down my good self-confidence. So, yes I think ENT-girls in many ways have to be stronger than others to cape the world. When it comes to clothes I like leather and sometimes dresses but never cute stuff like pink ore flowers. A24 Haven't fully found myself yet but assuming I am an entp girl (as personality results have shown on many occasions and i also find myself agreeing with entp description) I get compliments on my style people say is quirky/slightly "old fashioned 50's look" I've been told, however this is unintentional, I choose my clothes only based on whether i like the look of them, I don't purposefully make myself stand out. I would say I am and have been for quite some time an extremely lonely person whether with people or not (inside my head, in my own thoughts) I feel deeply lonely ...also if anybody could help me with this I would appreciate this. -- ENTP female.
A25 a24- maybe you should post your concern as a question on the q&a and give some details surrounding it -- Anonymous

A26 I like variety and have no real routine. People often comment on how "different" my way of thinking is. I can be very distant and aloof in one situation and quite bubbly and silly in another. Close friends describe me as funny, sometimes loud, very talkative (though I can be the opposite too, extremes). I love being tolerated, makes me feel unconditionally loved (though I realize, too, how unfair it is to expect somebody to love the difficult haha). I would usually put extra effort on being witty/funny when with someone I like but not really know much. I can be very happy-go-lucky with most aspects of life except emotionally. I find that I'm cautious when it comes to relationships, especially romantic ones. Some describe me as a techie and trust my troubleshooting skills ( I love solving problems and being of help too). I am mostly random and appreciate people who can follow my train of thoughts. Romantically, I find that I am attracted to the quiet type. -- -female entp
A27 I'd have to disagree with the "snappy dressers only if they try very hard." As a female ENTP, I'm very conscious of making an impression, and that automatically falls into appearance. I'm definitely a quirky dresser, but it's in a very modern and attention-getting way. I dress to make people feel something about me. And yeah, I'm an ENTP female, but I just had to make the comment. I think we generally dress to (for lack of a better term) manipulate others into thinking something about it. -- Anonymous
A28 @A19 - they asked for non-entp responses, but realistically, how many can you expect to get? This bases itself on the assumption that we are all aware of what other people's personality types are. Just say I see a snappy dresser strutting their stuff down the street. How am I supposed to pick their type?! If you're referring more to people already within your social circle, the same issue is still prevalent, though to a lesser degree. I only have a small handful of friends who know their type, and don't even know any entps. So for me, not having any entp friends (that I am aware of), I can only rely on guesswork. Also, the OP stated they would prefer answers from non entp types, but never expressly forbid them. -- Anonymous
A29 @a28, coming from your point of view, then how can we discuss anything about another type that we aren't? if we aren't able to, as you say, then that would make half the questions on the 'q and a' section obsolete. Many of the responses on here are from other personality types than the one under discussion. Yet somehow people are able to give (many) solid answers to these questions so therefore you must be wrong. The reason why I asked for non-entp responses is because I wanted to get an idea of how non-entp perceive entps. -- OP
A30 Haruhi Suzumiya from the anime series of the same name is an ENTP, go watch the series [Ti] -- Anonymous
