| on keirsey's temperament sorter page, michael douglas is categorized as an ISTp; and on this page as an ENFj. how frequent is it for people to be categorized as their exact opposites in two diff. systems? -- Anonymous |

| A1 I enjoy typing celebrities. Frequently I have found the MBTI to be very unreliable. Of course, any socionist would point out that the MBTI person that typed Michael Douglas is ISTP, not ISTp. I would concur with ENFj for Michael Douglas although I haven't studied his photos or career much. Often you will find socionists cannot concur on a person's type. I sometimes make errors (I typed Henry Winkler as an ENTp and he is an ISFj, although that was a while ago and I was trying to go solely by facial features). I also change my mind on occasion, hopefully making a better selection! I don't know how frequently different systems type people as opposites, but often the results are not the same, suggesting socionics is an art as well as a science.
