I've noticed that Betas benefit or supervise Gammas, Gammas supervise or Benefit Deltas, Deltas do the same for Alphas, and Alphas for Betas. Is this reflected in how each of the Quadras perceive the others? For example, do Gammas generally see Betas as somehow above them, Deltas as below them, and Alphas as completely foreign? -- Nathan |

A1 You've noticed wrong, Nathan. -- Dr. Zoidberg |
A2 You've noticed only one "ring" of supervision/benefit, but there are two, going in opposite directions. INFj/ESTj (deltas) supervise/benefit ENTp (alpha). BUT ALSO: ESTp/INFp (betas) supervise/benefit INTj (alpha). -- Also, SUPERVISEES DO NOT LOOK UP TO THEIR SUPERVISORS. They usually look down at them as "petty" or worse. The Spe will always feel that the Spr is putting pressure on their PoLR function (even when this isn't being done directly), while the Spr won't be as vulnerable to the Spe's firt function reprisals as a conflict type would (and possibly, won't even understand the impetus for any reprisal at all). -- Anonymous |
