I regularly test INFx and only relate slightly more to the INFj descriptions. However, I still prefer intuition the most and sensing the least. Isn't it possible within the complexity of human nature, that one can prefer x? -- Justus Reule |

A1 The last letter is supposed to indicate whether your main function is J function or P function. Sensing and intuition are both P functions. -- Dr. Zoidberg |
A2 To amplify Dr. Zoidberg's remark, j indicates that your dominant function is a judging function: T or F. Whereas, p indicates your dominant function is a perceiving function: S or N. The difference is that j's prefer to control their environment and p's prefer to respond to theirs. -- Anonymous |

A3 I always come up INFx when taking the test here on Socionics also. After reading many descriptions, I identify most with INFj. @A2-I definitely prefer to control my environment-yet. I say yet because the more I learn about myself and human nature I'd say that as we become more aware of our inner self we could be INFx, and should probably just leave it that way. Balance as much as possible-I mean both inside & out. By integrating our conscious and unconscious we become more whole-more complete within ourselves, not having to depend on others or the outside physical world for that completeness. An acceptance of who we are as an individual-inside & out. -- aj |
