Question #1122150337 | Saturday, 23-Jul-2005 |

|
I work with an ISFJ and I am(have)ENFp. I try to be polite and helpful because I work under her. However, according to socionics she may feel uncomfortable and I wont even understand or recognize why. What can I do to keep things good between us? -- Anonymous |

A1 If she is already uncomfortable and you can see this, and you try to find out why, so you can do something about it - is one thing. If you think she m-a-a-a-y feel uncomfortable because she is your supervisee according to some relationship theory and this is bad - is another thing. But if what you are really trying to ask is how to keep your ISFj boss happy (assuming she is a genuine ISFj and you are a genuine ENFp), it is simple. Every time she does something you would not normally agree with or feel like you would want to criticise her for that, just pay her a compliment instead. It probably won't do any good to you but will sure please your boss... -- Admin |
A2 We usually like you guys, just don't do anything too crazy to freak her out and I'm sure she won't have a problem with you. -- ISFj Courtney |
