Ni versus Si

C26 I am Ni (INTp), and probably of an extreme position; I often am 'pulled away' from my inner world, but I often fall into a very externally indifferent introspection when there is no reason to don masks. This article accurately reflects the tangible difference between me and an equally introverted kid whom I always got grouped with (we were the two least social kids). Where he would accumulate skills like drawing and happily work on the task at hand, I would get lost in gathering knowledge and analyzing its correlations to what I already knew (often forgetting to work on the assignment because I got stuck in information absorption). I'm fairly certain he was ISFP, and we were both the most avid readers in class, but I hated being around him (he was too plain to me) and he seemed to hate being grouped with me. -- Aaron
